Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi or XISS is the pioneer in management studies in Jharkhand since 1955. The college is approved by the All India Counsil for Technical Education (AICTE). Step 6 – The final selection is based on the makes achieved in XAT/CAT/CMAT, GD, and PI.

Step 7- The final selected candidates are provided with a final admission letter from XISS, Ranchi
