Odisha NEET-UG Counselling 2022 is a state Centralised Online Counselling Process. The sole authority to conduct online NEET-UG Counselling 2022 is the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination, i.e. OJEE, Bhubaneswar.

Candidates need to visit the official website at https://ojee.nic.in for registration on the basis of NEET-UG Score 2022. Candidates can apply to MBBS/BDS Courses in Government/Private medical colleges in the state of Odisha.

Registration:

Reporting to Allotted College:

There will be a Mop-Up round after Round 2. Mop-Up/Final round is taken place when seats remain vacant after round 2 on the ground of Non-Availability or Non-Reporting of the candidates. Aspirants must be aware of the fact that the Mop-up/Final round will only be carried out by MCC for Deemed/Central Universities and ESIC Institutions.

Odisha NEET UG Counselling 2022: Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have qualified for NEET-UG 2022.
  • Candidates must have the domicile of Odisha (Differ for NRI Quota)
  • Candidates must have attained 17 years of age as on Dec 31, 2022, and there will be no upper age limit.
  • English must be the core subject among passing subjects of the 12th Board.
  • There is no OBC Category in the state, such candidates will be considered in General Category and the minimum qualifying marks will be 40th percentile in NEET-UG 2022.
  • The SC/ST Candidates must produce a caste certificate from Odisha state only, to get the privilege of reservation category in Odisha.
  • Candidates claiming seats under ‘State Government Schools’ reservation category must have passed their 10th Board Examination under the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, and also must have passed the 12th Board Examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
  • Candidates who are natives of the state of Odisha and wish to claim reservation under the Ex-Servicemen (ES) category, must submit their relevant documents to Rajya Sainik Board, Bhubaneswar.
  • Candidates claiming reservation under Green Card must be permanent natives of Odisha and shall have to produce original Green Cards of their parents issued by Govt. of Odisha.
  • Candidates who wish to claim seats under EWS categories have to mention the same during registration. Such candidates have to produce EWS Certificate from Tahsildar/Additional Tahsildar.
  • The SC/ST seats are not interchangeable.
