Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022: The state of Haryana has several world-class and advanced medical colleges and super-specialty hospitals. Haryana shares its border with Delhi and lies in the Delhi-NCR Region. There are a total of 6 Govt. medical colleges in Haryana including a govt. Aided college. As far as Private medical colleges and Universities are concerned, there are 2 Private Medical Universities, 1 Deemed, and 3 private medical colleges in the state of Haryana. 

The Govt. Medical Institutes are having 272 MD/MS Seats and 239 PG Seats are being offered by Private Medical Institutions. Haryana is an open state for counselling. Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022: Counselling Process

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022 is a state Centralized Online Counselling Process. The sole authority to conduct online NEET PG Counselling 2022 is the Directorate of Medical Education & Research i.e. DMER, Haryana. However, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak facilitates the Haryana PG Counselling 2022 on behalf of DMER, Haryana. 

Candidates need to visit the official website at https://hry.online-counselling.co.in/ for registration on the basis of NEET PG Score 2022. Candidates can apply to MD/MS/PGD Courses in Government/Private medical colleges in the state of Haryana.

Admissions to the Medical/Dental/Ayush colleges of Haryana are solely based on the NEET PG 2022 score. Only NEET 2022-qualified candidates can participate in the Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022. Details are shared in the article below.

Registration:

• Candidates must register on the website at https://hry.online-counselling.co.in/ and submit the counselling fee of Rs. 1250/2500 through Internet banking or any online mode.
• DMER, Haryana will publish the Haryana NEET PG 2022 Seat Allotment List for the qualified candidate as per the secured marks and required percentile. Selected candidates will be allowed to participate in further events of Counselling.

Choice Filling:

• Candidates need to fill in Online choices at the https://hry.online-counselling.co.in/ website by using their registration number and Transaction Id generated at the time of registration.
• Candidates have to fill in their choices of colleges as per their priority. They can fill choices as many as they wish.

Allotment Result:

• Candidates can check the seat allotment status from the DMER, Haryana at https://dmer.haryana.in. 
• Candidates are advised to download their allotment letter, which must be produced at the time of reporting to the allotted college.
• Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank, scored marks, and the choices of their preferences.

Reporting to Allotted College:

• This is the final event when the candidates need to report to the allotted college with an allotment letter before the last date of admission.
• Seats will be considered as confirmed, once the fee payment and verification of documents will be taken place.

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have qualified for NEET-PG 2022.
• Candidates must have the domicile of Haryana (Differ for Management/NRI/Other Quota)
• Candidates must have passed MBBS from an NMC Recognized Medical College.
• The candidates must have completed 1 year of Mandatory Internship on or before the 31st of July 2022.
• Candidates must be Provisional/Permanent registered with State Medical Council or National Medical Commission.
• Any Candidate who has obtained his/her MBBS degree from outside India must have a qualified FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) Screening Test along with 1 year of Internship likely to be complete on or before 31st of Jul, 22.

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022: Counselling Process

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research i.e. DMER, which can also be visited at https://dmer.haryana.gov.in is the designated authority of the Govt. of Haryana to conduct the Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022. 

DMER, Haryana conducts the counselling for the allotment of seats in various Medical/Dental/Postgraduate degrees and Diploma courses. Let’s have a look at the percentage of seats divided into different categories.

• 50% Seats of AIQ in Govt. Medical/Dental Colleges
• 50% Seats under Haryana State Category
• 25% Seats of Institutional Quota (for candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS from an institute in Haryana)
• 50% of seats under the Open Merit Category in Private Colleges 
• 50% of seats under Management Quota.
• 5% of Seats for Candidates with Benchmark Disability

First Round:

In the first round of counselling sessions, only those candidates can register for PG Counselling, seeking their MD/MS/PGD seats through All India Quota and Deemed Medical PG Seats. Candidates whose seats have been allotted need to visit the allotted college within mentioned time.

Second Round:

In this round, all NEET PG eligible candidates can apply and register at https://dmer.haryana.gov.in irrespective of the Haryana domicile and others. However, earlier choices submitted by the candidates will be considered null. Fresh choices of colleges and MD/MS Seats that need to be submitted are mandatory. 

Mop-Up Round:

This round of counselling is the last one and is subject to the availability of seats after the completion of Round 2. The net vacant seats on account of Non-Joining, Non-Reporting of round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates have to submit fresh choices for the Mop-Up round.

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022: Allotment Procedure

As per the merit list prepared by Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak on behalf of DMER, Haryana, shortlisted candidates will be called for Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022. Pt. BD Sharma UHS, Rohtak conducts the Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2022 on behalf of DMER, Haryana. All counselling processes is conducted in Online mode. 

Candidates need to register at the official website https://hry.online-counselling.co.in/ and take part in the Haryana NEET PG Medical Counselling 2022. 

The following sequence of events has to be followed in the counselling process to secure an MD/MS seat in the medical institutes of Himachal Pradesh. Candidates need to physically report at Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak to conclude the NEET PG Counselling 2022.

• Participating candidates need to register themselves on the Online Portal of Haryana NEET PG Medical Admission 2022 at https://hry.online-counselling.co.in/.
• Post-registration on the counselling portal of Haryana, candidates will be asked to fill in their preferences of specialty and colleges.
• Based on the choices filled and seat matrix DMER, Haryana releases the provisional merit list followed by the final Haryana PG medical seat allotment list.
• Further candidates will have to submit the part academic fee to confirm their seats.
• Candidates, whose names are included in the seat allotment of Haryana PG Medical/Dental will be required to download their allotment letter from the DMER Portal at https://dmer.haryana.gov.in.  
• Shortlisted candidates are then, required to report to the allotted college for payment of the balance admission fee, document verification, and reserving the allotted medical/dental admission seat.
