Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College establisehd in 2019 is one of the recently founded medical college in the remote area of Cooch Behar district in West Bengal. The medical college was previously known as Cooch Behar Govt. Medical College and Hospital, in 2019 the existing medical college got permitted from NMC New Delhi and turned into Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College & Hospital Cooch Behar. MJN Medical College is one of the top government medical colleges in West Bengal.

As far as academic programs offered by MJN Medical College and Hospital are concerned, there are certain para-medical programs and GNM Courses are being imparted in the college itself. All programs are recognised from the National Medical Commission New Delhi and well approved by MoHFW Govt. of India.

Candidates must provide a domicile certificate stamped and signed by the competent authority. Candidates can download the domicile certificate proforma from https://wbmcc.nic.in.

Candidates need to qualify for NEET-UG 2023 with the required percentile.

Candidates need to have passed 12th with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Reserved category candidates need to possess 40% of the same.

Candidates need to attain 17 years of age by 31st Dec in the same year of applying. Less than mentioned age shall not be considered under any circumstances.
