CMC Ludhiana was established as a constituent unit of the Christian Medical College Society Ludhiana. Initially, CMC Ludhiana was affiliated with Punjab University Chandigarh, from its inception till 1999 when CMC Ludhiana is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot.
