Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences Hyderabad


There are certain eligibility criteria formulated by the collective guidelines of National Medical Commission New Delhi and the Kaloji Narayanrao University of Health Sciences Warangal. For MBBS Aspirants:


  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English having 50% marks from any recognized board. Candidates from the reserved category need to possess 40% in the same. 


  • Candidates need to attain 17 years of age. Less than mentioned age will not be entertained in any circumstances.


  • Candidates must have qualified NEET-UG 2023 with the required percentile.


  • Category ‘A’ seats and local seats of Category ‘B’ in MRIMS Hyderabad only allotted to the domicile candidates of Telangana

For MD/MS Aspirants:


  • Candidates must have passed MBBS from a recognized University by the NMC.


  • Candidates need to have completed 1 Year of mandatory Internship on or before the 11th of August in the same year of applying.


  • Candidates must have qualified NEET-PG 2023 with the required percentile.


  • Candidates need to produce permanent/provisional registration provided by the NMC (Earlier MCI) or the respective state medical council.


Seat Matrix (2023-24) of MBBS and MD/MS Programs in MRIMS Hyderabad


Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the top medical colleges in the Hyderabad district of Telangana. There are mainly 3 quotas for the aspirants, Cat-A is Convenor Quota, which is domicile based quota and only the candidates belong to the state of Telangana can apply through this quota.
